To ensure that the business has strategic objectives that are concrete, viable, achievable, specific and have a time frame.
To do continuous assessment of our business in terms of our strengths and weak points, opportunities and threats.
Ensure that all our business processes comply with good accounting principles, by ensuring that our business accountants expedite our financial statements.
Responsible for the all HR related functions such as:
Recruitment and selection
Ensure that company complies with HR related legislations.
Formulate HR policies and Procedures
Draw financial budgets and ensure sound financial management.
